Yes, for your office. Every office user (owners, dispatchers, office managers, estimators) uses IndusTrack at no cost, with no credit card and no time limit. We make it free because the office is where the mess starts, and we would rather you see IndusTrack working there than read about it. We earn our keep when your field techs need the mobile app.
Is it built for commercial work?
Yes. IndusTrack has been built with commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical contractors for 15 years: customers with several service locations, equipment history by unit, and the office workflows commercial service runs on.
Can I bring my existing customers and jobs?
Yes. You can import your customers, locations and equipment records yourself, or book onboarding support to help you get set up, billed as you use it.
What happens when my field techs need the app?
Add your first field tech license in the app and you are on Pro. Everything your office already set up stays in place, and there is no setup fee or contract. See pricing for details.
