The IndusTrack Board Members

Steve Sill:

For over 20 years, Mr. Sill has served as President & CEO of Aspen Equipment, a commercial truck equipment distributer serving the governmental, energy, construction, utility and railroad industries across the US. He was elected to the board of the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) 2003- 2012. During his tenure with the NTEA, Mr. Sill served as Chairman of the Operations, Services, Strategy, Data and Executive Committees and held the title of President of the Board 2011-2012. He is also an active member of YPO/WPO having chaired local and international events.

Craig Dillon:

With over 20 years technology leadership experience in both startup Internet companies and established multi-national technology firms, Craig brings a broad technology perspective to IndusTrack. Craig is presently VP of Engineering at Digital River World Payments, operating a global online payments network that moves in excess of $20 billion in ecommerce sales annually. He has previously been the CTO at Peoplenet, a telematics provider to long-haul truck fleets, an adjacent market to IndusTrack. Mr. Dillon holds a PhD in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

Stephen N. Ulanoski:

Mr. Ulanoski has more than 15 years’ experience in Telematics, Mobile Resource Management and Resource Optimization technology. Through his career, he has led the Telematics Solutions business at General Electric Capital Fleet Management and held leadership roles at Sprint Nextel and General Motors OnStar. Stephen is also the inventor of a telematics/MRM patent, held by Allstate Insurance’s Roadside division.

Denise Doll-Kiefer:

In corporate finance for over 20 years, Denise has worn many hats. Her background includes a wide exposure to international work, helping manufacturing companies establish or manage their overseas operations. Currently, as CFO of Sálo, LLC, one of the fastest growing staffing companies in the Twin Cities, Denise is responsible for the oversight of all finance, accounting, legal and IT matters.

Denise graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cardinal Stritch University and earned her Minnesota Executive Program / M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management. In 2009 she was named the NAWBO Woman of Achievement as well as one of the Twin Cities Finance and Commerce Top Women in Finance. In 2011, the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal named her CFO of the Year. In addition, she was awarded the Twin Cities Finance and Commerce Top Women in Finance Circle of Excellence.
