IndusTrack’s adaptability and flexibility allow customers to easily customize a system best suited for their needs by simply defining a user based upon their role such as Dispatcher, Administrator, or Super User. Users can then create departments and regions and assign drivers and vehicles accordingly. This will allow users to access information and resources within their permitted departments and regions. A user in that region can access reports in his/her department and be restricted to only seeing the vehicle and driver assigned to their region.

Report confirguration:

• Configure expenses such as MPG, fuel cost, and labor cost and view the usage per vehicle in the report.
• Configure report to be automatically delivered to your e-mail inbox.
• Configure shift times, idle display times, and auto geofencing.
